Foster Care

Our On-Campus Therapeutic Foster Care program provides a natural home environment for a maximum of eight children. In the On-Campus Foster Care Program, children ages 0-8 reside in one of our campus youth homes with a foster care couple. The Community Foster Care Program is designed for children ages 0-18 who have lower level of care needs or are in need of a community home setting. High Sky recruits and trains community area couples who are willing to open their homes to children in need. MORE>>

PAL is designed to teach young adults ages 16-18 the skills necessary to make it on their own. Some of those skills include getting a job, money management, renting an apartment - understanding a lease, applying for college, seeking financial aid for college and preparing a meal. MORE>>

Stay Together

The Stay Together Program covers 33 counties throughout the Permian Basin, Concho Valley and Big Bend areas. Stay Together offers professional assistance to help resolve issues causing concern and tension in the home of families with children and youth ages 0-17. MORE>>


Midland LIFE/Abilene LIFE — PAL Aftercare is designed to work with youth during the ages of 18-21. These youth need advice and direction in solving problems and planning out the steps to achieve their goals in life. MORE>>
